Meet the team

Dr Drews graduated in 2005 from the prestigious University of Mainz, Germany, and completed his PhD allowing him the title of Dr.med.dent. the following year.

He has since furthered his career by uniquely combining most aspects of modern and traditional dentistry, allowing him to pick and choose treatment options for his patients with a deep insight into all the specialities available in dentistry. 

He is able to offer high quality full mouth restorative dentistry, with or without dental implants. If implant placement is not the patient’s preference, or the risk of surgery outweighs the benefit, he has offered a combination prosthesis using telescopic crowns (or German Crowns), the gold standard treatment in Germany prior to dental implants and still could offer an advantage in some cases.

Dr Drews is a strong believer in quality over quantity. He has chosen to only use products where he would be happy to use such products on himself or his family. As such he uses Straumann and ASTRA dental implants, two of the top five brands of dental implants globally, which are supported by many years of scientific research evidence. For the same reason he is an Invisalign® provider with more than 10-years experience and only uses Invisalign aligners® for his orthodontic treatments, including his own. Crown and bridgework is sent to a trusted dental laboratory that reliably produces high quality work every time.

Dr Drews travels internationally to gather the best information available from courses and dental conventions. He is a member of the British Dental Association (BDA), German Dental Association (FVDZ), and the International Team of Implantology (ITI).
