OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES
If you have a dental emergency outside of normal working hours please call 0131 202 7980 in the first instance and select option 1. This will transfer you directly to the on-call dentist.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel appointments of 30 minutes or less. For appointments of more than 30 minutes we require 48 hours’ notice.
A late cancellation or missed appointment charge may be applied if we have not been given the required amount of notice. A missed appointment is charged at the rate of £20 per 15 minutes and a late cancellation is charged at the rate of £15 per 15 minutes.
We do understand that some circumstances may be out of your control, so charges are applied on a discretionary basis.
